Terms and Conditions


1) AZ Photography reserves the right to all the images produced as a result of the photoshoot. As a client you have the right to use images for personal use and sharing on social media channels.

2) Photos are NOT to be edited or modified by the client once the complete gallery has been sent. (This is because the photo is the final product produced by AZ Photography)

3) All payments need to be made before the shoot date (unless agreed otherwise in advance for some types of shoots)

4) RAW images will not be provided as they are not the final product.

5) Estimated timeline for photo delivery will be given during the quote but can vary based on the season. All communication will be sent if there is any delay. Our goal is to deliver on time. The minimum editing time for photos is 2 weeks for all photoshoots unless discussed in advance for a special request. .

6) AZ Photography has the right to use any photo taken to be shared on the website, social media or any other medium deemed suitable to showcase work. This includes print and sharing it to photography competitions.

(If there is a photo you do not want to show your photos online and want to keep it private, you need to communicate this to us when the photos are sent for review. We will not be responsible if this communication is not sent to us and your photo is published online. Once a photo is published online it may not be taken down as it impacts the brands image and reaches online)

7) In case of natural disasters the shoot will need to be appropriately assessed and rescheduled at a suitable location.

8) In unforeseen circumstances that the photographer becomes unwell, we will try to arrange another photographer. We will try to give you as much advance notice as possible. If you wish to work with the same photographer, you can choose to reschedule based on availability.

9) Az Photography maximum liability will be the total amount of the paid for the photoshoot. No additional amount will be reimbursed under any circumstances. Az Photography will not be liable for any loss of data if it is because of reasons beyond control or caused by natural calamities.

10) Deposit once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you wish to clarify or discuss any of the terms please get in touch before accepting the quote.
